I have been enlarged

Paper wise that is.  These are 9"x12".  It's only taken 4yrs to go from ATC size to 9"x12".  Larger might nice and doesn't feel very unreachable except....my scanner won't do larger.  I'll have to figure out how to photo a larger drawing.  These are on archival drawing paper both drawn with a fine point sharpie.  The  paper is a nice cream color but comes out grayish when scanned.

Olve on the Steps is colored with crayons.  I may have been carried away with the folds.  When drawing them, it almost feels like drawing the cat's tails.  I just keep on going.

And the View from Olive's room is colored with markers.

You ARE getting quite brave with this larger size! I remember well when you tried an 8x10 ...
;-D GREAT stuff!

Love that purple tree!

Love that purple tree!

It's a totally different way of drawing when you go larger. I find I even hold my pen different. There's also more room for details which you don't need on the smaller ones. I'd like to go even bigger but then I couldn't scan it to post here. And then I think well should that stop me? Just because I can't post it. Which makes me think of all the things we do just to post stuff and leads to am I controlling the blog or is the blog controlling me. Maybe this break from blogging is good.

And I forgot to say thank you. Thank you.
